Staying Sober During the Holidays...

For many people, the holiday season is a time of joy, peace and quality time with family. However, the stresses of this time of year can cause a lot of anxieties especially for someone in recovery. These stressors can become overwhelming and put people at risk of relapsing. It may seem like everybody else is drinking but trust us, you are not alone.
