The registration fee of $275 includes conference materials, lunches and Continuing Education contact hours. Check/Credit Card/PO are acceptable forms of payment. We are happy to invoice your organization. (Please note that all credit card payments are subject to a convenience fee (2.20% + $0.30 per transaction) which is not greater than our cost of processing.)   A confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your registration and payment.

In the event of conference cancellation, registered participants will be notified no later than 10 days prior to the conference start date. 

 

 

REGISTRANT CANCELLATIONS:
For a full refund, only written cancellations received before October 24th will be accepted. We cannot make refunds after that date, Substitutions can be made at any time. Registrants who do not attend the conference and who have not complied with this policy are responsible for the full registration fee.
